Follow the instructions provided by the e-mail provider regarding the
server names, ports, account info, etc.

Log into your account in Yahoo or GMail and go to Settings......
BTW, unless you have a Yahoo.uk or .fr account, you cannot use a free yahoo
account in Outlook without third-party software...

Go to the web sites. Click on their help link. Read their page(s) to
determine which topic to read or use their search tool. Might help if
you first login using their webmail interface but is not necessary.
