Since I am on a server and have limited email space I need to create folders
on my C:\ drive so that I can save emails and keep my dedicated email space
available.

You would want to create a personal folder - on Outlook 2002 and 2003 it is
under File - Data File Management. Add a personal folder. This can be used
to store your Outlook items the same as a filing cabinet. Somethings to note
- I would not go over 800mb as performance can be affected, etc.

Also I would check with your company if this is the route they want you to
take since the data is no longer protected if on your local system. At least
make sure to do backups
