how do i set up an account

i cant set up an account because i dont know any server numbers where do i
find them? i am obiously stupid but none come up and unfortunatley im not
psychic. there is no help on the assistant for what i need. two years on ive
never been able to use outlook
 
The information required can usually be located on yr ISP help pages.
If yr using Outlook Express you can Import/Export settings to Outlook
