How do I set up an account to Receive email!??

I need to set up an account to be able to send and recieve email using
Microsoft outlook. what do I need to be able to do this? Do I need anything
more than a broad band connection to be able to set up my account?

Yes. You need an email account with a service provider.

You're asking in the wrong place, though; the Microsoft webpage has misled you
as it has many others. The "Access" in this group's name refers to the
database software Microsoft Access(TM), not to "access to the internet".

I'd suggest that you scroll down the list of subject areas and repost in an
Outlook newsgroup... but you *will* need an Internet Service Provider; it's
possible that the company that sells your broadband connection has such
services, and you should ask them.
