How do I set up a user account that is not visable on the Start up screen?

I have Windows XP home...and I was wondering how to set up a user account that is not visable on the welcome screen?

TweakUI from the XP Powertoys will let you control
visibility on the Welcome screen, as can direct reg
editing.
