How do I set up a time card system

Hi people:
Is there a program out there that I can use to set up a time card and
coustomer readout?
We have used "First Choice" since the early 90's and now it can't be loaded
onto XP so I need to have it replaced. How do large companys keep track of
their employees time?
Please remember that I'm only a weldor by trade.(lol)

Don't know how large companies do it. I'm a woodworker by trade. But have
you taken a look at the Time and Billing template for Access?
