How do I automatically get access to change the date and time

I am using a Access Database to keep track of all of my customers. I have a
form that says, call date, call time, subject and notes. Every time I update
a file I have to enter the date and time. How can I set access up to do this
automatically?

Set the field Default to =Now()

Where exactly is the field default? I have access 2007.
