how do i set up a signatur in outlook 2003 and keep it saved ?

I have a problem with outlook signatur everytime i restart or turn on my PC
and open Outlook 2003 need to set up my signatur manualy. and that happens
everyday. you know must go to Tools --options--Email Format--signatur and
then must click on the box to select it ....normaly it should works
automaticly after installed it for the first time..
