How do I set up a rule for "sent on behalf of" email?

I send multiple emails from my boss, we are moving to Outlook on an exchange
server from Novell in a week. We have a sandbox to practice in. I need to
set up a rule that will place all of the email's I send on behalf of my boss
into a folder.

Outlook/Exchange 2007
