I would like to set up a recurring e-mail in Outlook to check the status of a
project daily with multiple resources. How can I do this without re-sending
the saved draft manually everyday? I am using office 2003.

Hello - I am not aware of a recurring e-mail, but a recurring task could be
set up for those individuals - first, you would want to create the task and
assign it to those responsible. Then you can do the following:

-Open the task you want to change to a recurring task.
-On the Actions menu, click Recurrence.
-Click the frequency (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Yearly) at which you want the
task to recur.
-To specify when the task repeats, do one of the following:
-Repeat the task at regular intervals

-Select any of the options on the right side of the Recurrence pattern group
box, except Regenerate new task.

-Repeat the task based on the date it is marked complete

-Click Regenerate new task, and then type a time interval in the box.

-Select start and end dates.

Hope that helps!

You need to ask this in an Outlook NG.
