How do I set up a power point meeting in multi-cities?

I want to set up a web meeting using powerpoint. I have a web cam and i have
used that for meetings.
 
I tried downloading net meeting and it said it wasnt compatable with my
software.

If your machine is an XP machine then NetMeeting is preinstalled and can be
activated by using start->run->conf. No downloadable version will install
and run.

Microsoft Producer is not a suitable candidate for this job (it is a post
production editing tool). I suggest you look at the PowerPoint Presentation
Broadcast add-in:

It seems to have the attributes you want.

Not quite true, Producer allows you to include a live video feed and control
the presentation remotely.

OK -- something I have not encountered in my use of Producer. Maybe some
feature I am not aware of.
