How do I set up a multiple meetings with random dates

Trying to find out how to schedule multiple meeting dates in a year that are
not recurring either on a day of the month or day of the week. (Example
Tuesday one month, Wed the next, skip a month then 2nd Thrusday)

Use an add-in like WS Repeat Appointments that supports non-standard
recurrences. I use it when necessary and it works very well.

After furious head scratching, scheduler asked:
