how do I set up a meeting room to automatically accept meetings

I wish to create a meeting roomo as a resource so that users can book it and
it accepts the meeting automatically. All users will then be able to see
that the meeting room has been booked.
 
Create a mailbox for each such room and set its Outlook options according to the information on direct booking at http://www.slipstick.com/calendar/skedresource.htm
