How do i set up a master page in Frontpage 2003?

I cant seem to find how to set up a master page on Frontpage 2003 im new to
the program so i might be missing something obvious, can anyone help please?

If you have created a web, the first page you make in it will automatically be named index.htm
It will be your "master" or "Home" page.

Is this master page to determine the layout of all other pages? If so, open
help in FrontPage, and search for "Dynamic Web Template" (without the
quotes). You need to be connected to the Internet to get the best
