Hi,

I would like to set up an IT knowledge base for support calls. Is there a
template which already exists which I can use to implement one to save time
building one (as time constraints is a factor).

This is much appreciated.

Not exactly what you are looking for but here you go.

newsgroup answerers, such as MVPs, in quickly locating and pasting in
their favourite snippets of answers.
