Hi Arvin, I have the same question albeit a few years later. I have clicked on the link you provided, but it takes me to an office.microsoft.com page with "no results found".

Incidentally, I just purchased a copy of your Access Solutions: Tips, Tricks and Secrets. I have never used Access before though, and a template for a patent docketing system would be invaluable to me.
