How do I set up a hi level doc describing each mgr responsibility

My boss has asked me to creat a hi-level document that includes each person
that is considered Management. This document must cover all the
responsibilities that person handles daily, weekly, monthly,etc. Any
suggestions?

Are you planning to set this up as a Microsoft Access database (the
subject of this newsgroup), or are you talking about a Word document?
If the latter, please scroll down the newsgroup list on the webpage
and find an appropriate Word newsgroup.

If you are considering Access, it could certainly be handled. You
would need a few tables: Personnel (with the names and basic bio
details of each manager), Responsibilities, and a Schedule table with
links to both the Personnel and Responsibilities table. Post back with
some more specifics if you're interested in pursuing this idea!
