I am setting up my Windows Mail account to receive email from many different
accounts. Is there a way, for instance, to load all mail incoming for
(e-mail address removed) to a folder I create specifically for that address? In the
instance of AOL, we have several email accounts. We'd like to receive each
address into its own folder...is that possible? Thanks.
Regards, Patti

Yes. Use message rules.
Create a message rule to move the email coming into the AOL account to the
AOL folder.
Tools - Message Rules - Mail
[x] where the message is from the specified account
[x] move it to the specified folder
click on the underlined words to select the correct account and folder.
Save rule

Do this for each account.

Or switch to the newer Windows Live Mail, which keeps accounts separate.

Tools menu>message rules>mail.
Always use 'stop processing more rules' in the 2nd box, and move such rules
to the top of the list of rules.
