How do I set the workstations to Auto-Restart with WSUS

When the updates are installed it asks the user to restart or not.. How do I
set it so once the updates are finished, they automatically restart. Also do
the users have to be logged in to receive these updates? Thank you.

Also on the startup page http://servername/wsusadmin it says windows update
service not running : SelfUpdate. How do I fix this???
