How do I set the text color of incoming messages based on sender..

I used to be able to set different colors for incomming messages based on
sender. I can't figure out how to do that in Outlook 2002. Any ideas?
 
It's an automatic formatting rule for Views. Tools, Organize, using colors
for basic settings or chick the Automatic formatting to the right of the
Organize pane.
