How do I set 'Outlook Today' as my default screen in outlook?

I know it's proabably pretty basic, but I cannot find where I would change
that. I want to be able to see all things doin' when I open Outlook.

On your outlook today page- top right corner, there is an customize
option. As far as I remember, their is an option in there for the same.
