How do I set outlook to recieve at automatic intervals?

How do I set outlook to recieve at automatic intervals and/or upon manual
Send/Receive request?
 
It is set like this by default. To make changes go to Tools-> Options-> tab
Mail Setup-> button Send/Receive...
