How do I set Outlook to open hyperlinks in a NEW IE window?

When I get an HTML email and there are links, the links open in an internet
explorer window I already have open. I want to set Outlook up so that it
automatically always opens links in a new IE window when I click them. Thanks.

What version of Outlook are you using? I think the behavior changed in
OL2002 or OL2003 to open links in a new window

When you click on links on a page displayed within an IE window, does
another window open? If not, visit the following configuration setting for
IE and uncheck it (i.e., disable it):

Internet Options -> Advanced -> Reuse windows for launching shortcuts
