How do I set Outlook to automatically send email names to addres b

How do I set Outlook 2000 (SP3) to automatically send (or not send) new email
addresses to my address book. Strangely, I notice some have already been
written into the address book while others have not. I have never tried
setting this option deliberately myself. The help file shows how to set
Outlook Express, but oddly not Outlook 2000.
 
Post your mail support mode. (Line 2 of Help | ABout if you don't know)
Explain what you mean by "new email addresses."
