How do I set Outlook to automatic start when powering up computer

In Outlook 2003, I would like to set it so that it automatically start up
when I power up my computer without having to click the icon itself in order
for Outlook to start.
 
Move it into the start up folder. Note that you can end up causing problems
for yourself doing that, you may notice some slowness or even errors.
 
IMO an unwise move, it probably takes your PC several mins to completely
boot, adding Outlook to the start up can extend the boot time / cause
issues, just as trying to start an app before your PC is fully loaded can.
