How do I set memo style as the default print mode?

I have both IMAP and local email folders. If I click Print
when viewing an IMAP email, the default is table style,
which only prints the email subject line of every email in
the folder. Microsoft Knowledge Base Article - 329447
says this is the correct default, which is stupid, because
every time I want to print an email, I have to switch to
memo style in the print dialog in order to actually print
the email.

How do I change this default setting?
