In Outlook 2000 I could select multiple emails and print them (memo style)
to one sheet of paper. That way I could read the contents of the emails
without shuffling papers. However, in Outlook 2003, when I print the same
way(memo style) they print to individule pages. How can I print them to
one page?

that option was removed (I think in 2002) - save to a text file and print is
the only option I know - to the best of my knowledge, none of the printer
addins will handle them as one page.
