How do I set meetings in Outlook that recur but not regular times.

I am setting up a number - about 30 or so - appointment/meetings. The common
thread is my boss, who wishes to see 3 staff members individually on a
fortnightly basis. However the 3 staff work shifts, so the meetings cannot
be scheduled at regular intervals. Is there any way of setting these
appoiments up without sending appointments for each date?

Try WS Repeat Appointment for making non-regular recurring meetings. Or use a recurrence for each group after scheduling only those people who work that shift.
