How do I set left and/or right margins for headers/footers in Exce

It appears that there is no method by which I can change the header or footer
left/right margin, only top/bottom. Has somebody found a way?
 
There is no way.

Work-around is to "pad" the headers and footers with spaces.

You can move them inwards this way, but not outwards.
