Set Left and Right Margins in Headers and Footers

Thank you for your response
While I can see that this sets the Vertical position (Top and Bottom) of the headers and footers it does not set the Horizontal position (Left and Right) of the text in the headers and footers.

ARAIK, the only way to adjust this is to pad it out with spaces.
