how do I set forms to step through fillins only

I cresate a form template and want it to step through the fillin fields only.
How do I set up that capability.
 
The information was excellent on how to set up a form. I've already set up
the form. I want to know is it possible to set the form so it will only
allow the user to go from field to field in the form so I can limit their
responses and changes to the form.
