how do I set email to permanently send pictures from the internet

In an open new email, in the Format nemu, there is a box to check for "Send
Pictures From the Internet". But each new email it's unchecked. So you have
to remember to check it each time you send a new email. How can I set up my
new emails to always have this box checked?? Is there some way to set up new
emails so they will always send pictures from the internet?

Tools | Options | Mail Format | Internet Format -- leave the box at the top
unchecked.
