The AutoComplete feature is no longer working, if that is what you are
asking. But you can still type the name of an AutoText entry and then press
F3 to insert it.
To create an AutoText entry in Word 2007: Select the contents on which the
entry should be based. On the ribbon, click the Insert tab. Click Quick
Parts | Save Selection to Quick Part Gallery. Specify a name for the
AutoText entry. For "Gallery," choose "AutoText." Click OK.
