How do I set A4 paper as the default for access tables and report.

I am using Windows XP proffesional with service pack 1. When creating tables
and reports my default setting in print preview is 4" x 6" paper. Is it
possible to change the default setting to A4 without having to change it
every time in print preview.
 
It sounds as though you might have associated the report with a specific
printer (rather than the default). With the report open in Design mode, look
at the bottom of the Page tab under File | Page Setup.
