Access 2000 Report

I'm trying to create a report in Access 2000 using a specific printer. The
printer is an Epson TM-U950, which is a typical point of sale receipting
printer that uses 2.75" rolled paper. When I try to preview or print I get
an error message that states that Access cannot preview or print the report
because I'm using paper that is larger than 22.75". Changing the size of my
report does nothing to prevent this message.
Thoughts?

1- Make sure you have the proper driver installed in your computer.
2- check to see what type of paper is selected in the printer properties.
3- check the width of the page in your page set-up. this size shall match
the size in your printer properties.
4- make sure the width of your report in access does not exceed the size of
paper supported by your printer.
