how do i send picture to a mobile phone?

i have a LG mobile phone and i am wondering how can i send pictures from my
computer to my phone?
 
unless you're trying to somehow do it using MS Access, you're in the wrong
newsgroup. this newsgroup answers questions specifically about MS Access
relational database software.
