I have just switched my account to Outlook Express and I have a lot of people
in my address book. How do I send them all my new address without sending
them each one by one?

.
Three items:

1. Make sure you use the Bcc feature, or you may have some
recipients unhappy that you have divulged their addresses
to everyone.
2. Don't exceed your ISPs limit for number of recipients
for any one message. Many are set at 25 or 50.
3. This Newsgroup addresses issues regarding MS Office
Outlook. Check for an answer to your question where the
Outlook Express gurus hang out:

Try posting this in an Outlook Express news group - this is not one of them.
Outlook is a part of Microsoft Office and is what this group supports.
Outlook Express is a part of Internet Explorer and has its own news groups.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
