How do I send HTML attachments?

I have saved a web page on my pc. You know when you save a web page it saves
with 2 icons, one is "e" Internet explorer icon the other is a folder with
pictures on the said page. Both are normally connected to each other when you
open this page from the pc. But when I send this page as an attachment on
Outllok 2003, only the icon "e" (internet explorer kind) attaches to the
mail. The folder with pictures doesn't attach itself. Hence, the attachment
goes incomplete and pitures conected to this file are not visible since the
folder containing the pics. did not follow the attachment. How do I solve
this?
