How do I send form results to an email address

I have created a form, and want to have the results sent to my email address.
When I right-click on the form to access form properties, the email address
text box is grayed out, so I can't enter in my email address. I have done
this before with no difficulties, so I don't know what is wrong here.

Have you configured the authoring setting to support the FP extensions, support JavaScript, etc.?

Yes, I am on a company intranet, and we only use FP for our intranet
websites. Configurations are correct.

Have the FP extensions been configured to process email?
