how do I send email with large attachment?

When trying to send an email with a large attachment it gets hung up in the
outbox.
How do I fix this?

You don't advise the type of mail account you have. Outlook has no size
restrictions for incoming/outgoing mail. Any restrictions are likely in place
by your ISP or Exchange Admin (depends on your mail account). You should
check with whoever administers your mail account.
