How do I see CC to in my email -it doesn't work

Just got MS Outlook 2003
It won't insert names from my address book in the CC: field
 
Of course it will. Provide information as if we can't read minds and aren't
there (we can't and we aren't).
What precise steps are you using and what happens? If you just "got" Outlook
2003, how did you migrate you data to the new installation and configure
your address book?
