How do I see all tabs when using two different files on Excel?

I have two files opened on Excel, but I can not see the tabs for each
spreadsheet and can not go back forth to different tabs. I can only see them
when I open the whole file by itself. How can I set the screen to see all the
tabs for each spreadsheet while looking at two separate spreadsheet files?
