How do I save my toolbar layout in Word2003?

I have a set of toolbars that I use quite often, but each time I open word,
It puts them in random places, so there might be three toolbars in one area,
but each one is in a different spot in the toolbar panel with a ton of empty
space instead of being organized the way I had them during my last session in
Word2003. Is there any way I can save my current toolbar layout to prevent
them from rearranging themselves randomly when Word starts?

Do you use Word as an e-mail editor for Outlook ? That is usually the reason
for the mess as the two have different requirements. The simplest solution
is to use Outlook's own e-mail editor.

If this is not the case and you have Acrobat 7 installed, it may simply be
that your preferences are not being saved. See the last part of

Word's memory of custom toolbar positions does seem a little hazy and I have
never been able to fully control what it does. One of the problems is
conflicting requests for the same space, which Word has to resolve - and the
order of loading can affect what happens.

You may find you have better success if you create the toolbars afresh each
time you start Word - or load your AddIns or Templates, and remove them when
you finish but this technique has its own drawbacks (depending a bit on Word
version).
