how do i display the reading layout toolbar

i have not been able to figure out how to display the reading layout toolbar.
it is not located in my view toolbars menue.
 
What version of Word are you using?

Reading Layout was introduced in Word 2003. To switch to Reading
Layout use the View menu. The toolbar should automatically display.
