How do I save my Powerpoint File as aMP3?

How can I save a Powerpoint Presentation with narrative so the audio can be
processed in Adobe Audition 1.5 ?

You can not save the image portion to an audio format. But you can pull the
audio out by saving the presentation as an HTML.

Then look at the folder created by the HTML and you will find all the sounds
used in the presentation.
