how do I save merged labels for future mailings?

I created the database in Excel, then merged them to labels, printed them
(all 1200).Now I want to save them so I do not have to go thru all the merge
steps again...unless that is the only way.

I knew about file save as but it only saved the first page of labels...i need
to save the entire document

Did you merge to the printer or to a new document? If you merged to a new
document, you should have a document called Labels1 (or the like) which you
can rename and save.
