how do I save email addresses from received messages to later expo

Hi,
I'd love to know how to capture the email addresses from the many emails I
have received so that I can then export them to Excel. I have put the
incoming emails into one particular folder already but am now stuck.

All help very gratefully received!

WIthout buying an add-in, you'll have to open each message, right-click the
sender, and choose Add to Contacts.

Hi Oliver, Thanks very much for responding so quickly. I tried this and yes
it does put email addresses into contacts, however what I am actually trying
to achieve is finding a way of creating a mailing list of email addresses
that I can then export to excel from the emails about a certain subject that
I have received. Any other thoughts?

Very many thanks Brian, I was hoping that there may be an automated way of
doing this. Regarding buying a programme to do this, can you point me in the
right direction at all?
