How do I save a powerpoint presentation with sound?

I am creating a vacation slideshow in powerpoint. How do I save it to a CDR
so that I can copy it for others & they are able to hear the sound? Right
now when I save it on a CDR the pictures are the only thing that works. The
sound doesn't.

Is the sound a WAV file? If so go to TOOLS>OPTIONS>GENERAL and change "link
sounds with file size greater than" to a larger number say 9999kb. You will
have to remove existing sounds and reinsert them as its not retrospective.
Wav sounds less than 9999kb (ie most) will now be embedded in the
presentation.

If not WAVs (or if you dont do the above) then include the sound file on the
CD and make sure that the user knows to put both the ppt file and the sound
file into the same folder on their drive.
