How do I save a message to draft

I used to be able to start writing an email message and then save it to
Draft, so that I could finish it later. I have been unable to find out how I
can save a message I am creating to draft.

Close the message. When it asks if you want to save it, say yes. It will be
saved in the Draft folder. When ready to continue the message, open the
message in the Draft folder.

In Options goto Preferences>E-Mail>E-Mail Options>Advanced Options and
you should find it in there were to set it.

Oops! Check your selection first: Tools>Options, preference tab. Email
Options btn. Verify Save unsent items in: Drafts. If not use drop down and
select Drafts
