How do I save a clip art download as a jpeg file?

I have downloaded pictures into my downloads, but I do not know how to save
them as jpeg files and find them for other use.

Please HELP!
 
Just open the downloaded pictures with MS Paint, and using the SAVE AS...
menu to save the picture as JPEG.
